Host, protect and license human-made video. Ownership proof on every upload, 4K on every plan, no overage bills, and creators keep 85% of every licence.
AI created a new kind of risk for creative work. Sinima helps you prove ownership, track where your work shows up, and keep AI permission in your hands.
Keep projects private in your Library, share directly with clients, collect frame-accurate feedback, or publish selected work to your Row. One Library, multiple ways to work, share, and be seen.
Built for the work you've already made and the work still to come.
Every upload automatically receives an ownership record and digital fingerprints that help keep your work connected back to you, even if the file changes. Think of it as a first line of defense for your creative work.
Monitoring your creative assets is currently in development and is coming soon. It is being built to help identify potential misuse across supported sources, with evidence for you to review.
Creator consent by design. Your work starts opted out, and only the files you choose can be made available for AI training licensing. Keep ownership and earn an 85% creator share when your work is licensed.
Think of creative ownership as a passport for your work: proof that travels with it, helping you protect what you create, know where it goes, and control what happens next.

Client Review
Leave precise comments, add voice notes, and invite clients to review without creating an account. Feedback stays connected to the same work you host, protect, and deliver in Sinima.
Sinima is a Creative Content Ownership platform for filmmakers, creators, studios, agencies, and film schools. It brings video hosting, client review, ownership and rights records, protection, monitoring, and creator-controlled licensing together around the same creative work.
Most creative platforms are built primarily around one part of the workflow, like hosting, storage, review, or delivery. Sinima starts there, then keeps ownership, rights, provenance, fingerprints, and permissions connected to the work as it moves through protection, monitoring, and licensing.
Vimeo and Frame.io offer strong tools for video hosting, sharing, and review. Sinima adds a creative ownership layer around those workflows. Your work can be hosted and reviewed in the same place its ownership is documented, its fingerprints are created, potential misuse can be monitored, and eligible work can be made available for licensing if you choose.
Creative Ownership means keeping the work connected to the information that answers four important questions: Who made it? Who owns it? Who has permission to use it? Who gets paid? Sinima carries that information with the asset instead of treating hosting, protection, and licensing as disconnected steps.
Sinima is built for filmmakers and creators managing their own work, as well as studios, agencies, and film schools that need a more consistent way to host, review, protect, and manage creative assets. Team workspaces include unlimited seats, so organizations are not charged for every person they add.
No. Your work is opted out of AI training licensing by default. If you want to participate, you choose eligible videos individually. An account-level "yes" never automatically licenses your entire Library.
No. Sinima is built around creator choice. AI can be useful for organizing, protecting, and understanding creative work, but creators should decide whether their work participates in AI training. If you want to license eligible work for AI training, you can. If you don’t, it stays opted out.
Yes. Uploading work to Sinima does not transfer ownership to Sinima. If you choose to license eligible work, the buyer receives specific usage rights under that license. You retain ownership unless the terms of a particular agreement explicitly say otherwise.
Protection starts with the asset itself. Sinima can connect your identity, ownership and rights information, supporting documentation, provenance, and digital fingerprints to the work. That creates a documented record that can help trace the original and related versions back to you. It supports your ownership claim, but it is not a legal ruling on who owns a work.
Yes. Clients can open a review link and leave frame-accurate feedback without creating an account. They can also leave voice notes with transcripts. The review history stays connected to the asset instead of living in a separate feedback tool.
Yes. Sinima supports imports from Vimeo, Frame.io, Google Drive, Dropbox, and your computer. Imported work can then become part of the same hosting and ownership workflow as files uploaded directly to Sinima.
Sinima Monitoring is designed to use the fingerprints connected to protected work to look for potential matches across accessible web surfaces and selected public AI sources. If something turns up, the creator gets the context and remains in control of what happens next. Coming Soon.
Licensing is always opt-in. Eligible work starts out of the marketplace, and creators choose which individual files, if any, they want to make available. Rights-cleared, opted-in footage can be grouped into licensing collections for prospective buyers. Inclusion creates an opportunity to be licensed, but it does not guarantee a deal.
Creators receive an 85% effective creator share: 70% when the buyer’s final payment is received, followed by the remaining 15% after 30 days. Sinima keeps 15%. Creators are only paid when their footage is actually licensed.
No. Sinima does not charge teams per person. Workspaces can include the people a studio, agency, or school needs without adding a fee for every seat.
No. You can export your original files and records if you leave Sinima. Your work is yours, and Sinima is not designed to create platform lock-in.
Sinima has a free plan with 4K playback and protection included, plus paid plans for individual creators and organizational workspaces. Teams are not charged per seat.
