What happens when we need more room or more people?

Storage and streaming scale independently: $45 per extra TB and $0.60 per extra streaming hour. People are never charged for. Past the self-serve ceiling an account manager takes over.

Who owns and earns on a workspace plan?

The business does, not an employee. Earnings, splits and payouts sit with the company account, and work carrying the company cannot be published or licensed without an approved release.

Is annual cheaper?

Yes. Annual is twelve months less 10% on every workspace plan and add-on.
