How much storage comes with each plan?

Free includes 5GB ready to stream. Starter has a 3TB library, Professional 7TB and Studio 17TB, each with instant-play room for Row videos, embeds and client links. Workspace plans start at 3TB and go to 5TB, with more at $45 per TB.

What does extra storage cost?

Extra storage is $45 per TB a month on workspace plans, added without changing plan.

What happens when I fill my storage?

Uploads pause and playback keeps running. Nothing is deleted, archived or downgraded because a file went quiet, and any reduction needs your explicit say-so first.

Are my masters kept anywhere other than the player?

Yes. Masters are held in a hot cache and an archive of record alongside delivery, and a copy counts as verified only when its size and signature have been measured.
