Video hosting for film schools | Every student owns their work

Frequently asked questions

What does a film school get?

An Academia workspace is $429 a month, or $4,633.20 a year, for 5TB and 250 streaming hours, with unlimited staff and students, plus cohorts, assignments and the assessment queue.

Do students keep their own work?

Yes. Each student keeps ownership with their own certificate on every file, and graduating does not change that.

How do extra students price?

Staff and students are unlimited and never charged for. Storage and streaming scale separately at $45 per TB and $0.60 an hour.

Can the school license student work?

Only with the student opting in, per file, with an active grant. Nothing is offered on the strength of an account setting.
